THE STAR CHEF DINNER

A one-off dinner by The Star’s signature restaurants and chefs


Celebrity chefs will unite at The Star for a special, one-off dinner at The Darling on Saturday 23 June
from 7pm. The Star Chef Dinner invites guests to mingle with popular chefs such as George
Calombaris, Manu Feildel, Stefano Manfredi and Adriano Zumbo, while enjoying a spectacular three
course dinner by The Star’s signature restaurants and world renowned chefs with matching wines
for $180 per person.

Celebrating The Star’s partnership with the Good Food and Wine Show, each course of the dinner
will showcase dishes by The Star’s stellar restaurants and chefs including, entrée by Stefano
Manfredi’s Balla, main by Teage Ezard’s BLACK by ezard and dessert by Chase Kojima’s Sokyo.
A host of celebrity chefs will be in attendance including George Calombaris, Manu Feildel, Miguel
Maestre, Tobie Puttock, Adrian Richardson, plus The Star’s chefs Stefano Manfredi, Adriano Zumbo
and Teage Ezard. My Kitchen Rules winners Sammy and Bella will also be in attendance. Guests will
enjoy mingling with the chefs, plus listen to the Q&A with the chefs giving insight into their
inspiration and also views on various culinary topics. Following the dinner you can watch celebrity
chefs in action at the Good Food and Wine Show.

The Star is proud to be sponsoring the Good Food and Wine Show this year, with The Darling the
preferred accommodation choice for the celebrity chefs. The Darling will be transformed into a
spectacular intimate dinner venue for 200 people on the night. The hotel has this year been listed on
the coveted Conde Nast Hot List, celebrating the best new hotels in the world, plus also took out the
award for best new construction and design at the International Hotel Awards for 2012. The Good
Food & Wine Show is on from 22- 24 June at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre.
